Responsibilities:

• Represent clients effectively in subrogation and worker's compensation cases
• Utilize civil litigation skills to handle legal matters
• Draft and argue motions as part of the legal process
• Exhibit strong analytical skills through thorough research and examination of cases
• Provide high quality, cost-effective legal representation for clients
• Manage a diverse community of clients, attorneys, and staff
• Utilize subrogation claim knowledge in legal proceedings
• Apply civil litigation experience to handle complex cases
• Travel occasionally as required by cases or clients
• Maintain good standing with the California State Bar.
• Must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Should have experience in Civil Litigation
• Familiarity with Subrogation and Subrogation Claim is required
• Should have a proven track record of Arguing Motions
• Must be proficient in Drafting Motions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
