Sr. Manager, Employee Experience, WW Amazon Stores Finance - IPAT
The WWASF organization exists to protect the financial health of Amazon Stores, encompassing ~4.5k employees primarily in finance, science, and technology roles that support the following business areas: North America (including global Marketing), International, Operations, Worldwide Grocery, Health Services, Seller Partner Services & Buy with Prime, and eCommerce Foundation.

Key job responsibilities- Serve as the single threaded Employee Experience (LD) leader for WWASF.
- Lead, engage, and develop a high-performing team of six LDBPs who support WWASF leaders through Strategic Communications, Learning and Development (L&D) programs, and Employee Engagement across WWASF’s global hubs.
- Create and implement organizational goals, define success metrics, prioritize projects and programs, and create standard work across the regions.
- Improve current L&D support strategy to sustain and scale over time.
- Own a cohesive and personalized communication strategy across WWASF, delivering relevant content to specific employee segments, increasing engagement and quality.
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders at the senior level; demonstrate effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels.
- Design and implement L&D programs to provide upskilling opportunities for L4-L8 employees across WWASF, with a focus on technical/business knowledge, financial, and durable skills.
- Implement the annual needs assessment to determine the leadership development skills needed in their regions.
- Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, including interpersonal and written communications.
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and virtual facilitation skills.
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- 10+ years of program or project management experience- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in influencing and coaching senior leaders/stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal, written interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence peers and leaders.
- Cross functional experience in an area outside of training and development.
- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; role model for learning and development leaders.
- Proven experience in implementing innovative learning and development solutions within a fast-paced global environment.
- Executive coaching certification.
- Familiarity with business, financial and process improvement tools, concepts and methodologies.
- Experience working in a customer center environment.
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture.
- Experience in instructional design, including evaluation methodologies; experience with global design.
- Program management expertise, including managing detail, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
- Expertise in analyzing data and influencing to drive business decisions.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
