Overview:
Regional Sales Manager
Cresline-Northwest, LLC a privately held, leading manufacturer of plastic pipe, is seeking a regional sales manager for WA, OR, ID, MT and HI sales territories. This position is based out of the Cresline-Northwest facility in Chehalis, WA and serves the region’s plumbing, irrigation, water well, hardware, industrial and municipal wholesale distribution markets.

Job Duties:
Regional Sales Manager's primary responsibilities include:
- Management of territorial field sales & a regional customer service team
- Developing regional and territorial sales team strategies and forecasts
- Traveling in sales territories to support sales team
- Managing select house accounts
- Developing customer relationships
- Participating in regional/national trade shows
- Providing input on production and shipping planning
Ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales representatives.
Requirements:
Regional Sales Manager candidates should possess the following skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Effectively interact with individuals within and external to the company
- Able to travel approximately 30% of the month
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and SAP software
- 3-5 years of sales team leadership and people management
- 3-5 years of sales forecasting, strategy development, execution, and tracking
- Familiarity with plastic pipe systems and applications
