Business Litigation Attorney
A well-established middle market firm based in NY, NY is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join their team!
The ideal candidate will (A) be licensed NY, (B) have 3+ years of experience litigating as a practicing attorney and (C) have experience in business or commercial litigation.
This attorney will be working on cases that involve contract disputes, disputes between members of business entities, copyright, trademark, foreclosures, creditors rights, and bankruptcies.
Mostly pre-litigation work, court from time to time.
This is a an on-going full time contract position with possibility of conversion to FTE.
1 day a week remote.
