Coordinator (Office of the CEO)
This role is based out of our Washington DC office.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Administrative:
- Manage the appointment calendar of the CEO.
- Manage the expense reporting for the CEO and ad hoc support for Operations Team.
- Proof-read company documents.
- Reserve travel arrangements.
- Support operations team in scheduling firm-wide events and activities.
Project and Relationship Management:
- Coordinate the creation of materials for key staff strategy sessions, firm-wide meetings, and internal communications.
- Act as a facilitator for internal and external meetings by greeting priority guests and promoting the timely start and end to scheduled meetings.
- Work with relevant departments to prepare briefing information for the CEO before external or internal meetings and ensure required next steps are scheduled and completed.
- Support key office initiatives such as employee engagement trainings, company events and all- staff meetings, as needed.
- Collaborate with all departments and other administrative staff supporting executive management to facilitate timely and productive engagement with the CEO and Partner executive team.
Requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE
As a qualified candidate, you have experience in:
- 0-2 years of relevant administrative support and scheduling experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while keeping a professional demeanor
- Exceptional verbal and listening communication skills
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Adept at project and process management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- A positive, professional and “can do” attitude
- Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Desire and ability to take on increased responsibility as position evolves
- As this role supports a key member of the Executive Team, there may be occasional assistance required outside of regular work hours

The salary range for this role is $50,000 - 60,000
