Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end development process and deliverables from a design and technical perspective and deliver high quality, bug free code.Provide design and technical leadership; work closely with business teams in development of campaign strategy, use cases, and technical requirements
Concept first-to-market innovations that utilize Amazon’s canvas alongside creative counterpartsPrototype new features and products, tackling ambiguous challenges that affect the global team.
Optimize internal processes and tooling for broader impact, strategically aligning initiatives to maximize revenue and influence
Present work to peers, product teams and Senior leadership
Provide leadership, mentor, and coaching to your immediate and extended team on the latest industry trends, tooling, and best practices in web development and designExpand your influence by collaborating with partner teams, increasing productivity and effectiveness - 4+ years of front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience
- Have coding samples in front end programming languages
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience developing visually polished, engaging, and highly fluid UX prototypes
- Experience collaborating with UX, Product, and technical partners- Knowledge of databases and AWS database services: ElasticSearch, Redshift, DynamoDB
- Experience with machine learning (ML) tools and methods

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $138,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Amazon is a total compensation company.
