Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of accounts payable
• Assistance in accounts receivable management
• Execution of data entry tasks with high precision
• Timely preparation and pulling of financial reports
• Handling billing operations efficiently
• Undertaking other assigned projects to support the accounting team
• Monitoring customer accounts and undertaking necessary actions
• Efficiently resolving customer inquiries related to accounting
• Maintaining customer credit records with utmost accuracy
• Processing of customer credit applications with attention to detail.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent level of education. Higher qualifications in Accounting or related field will be an advantage.
• Proven work experience as an Accounting Clerk, or similar role, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and other related computer applications.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial records.
• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and external contacts.
• A sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
• High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness and ability to continue learning and improving accounting skills.
• An analytical mind for resolving any discrepancies in financial reports.
