We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Test Center Administrator in Smyrna, Georgia. This role primarily functions in the education and certification industry, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of a testing center.

As a Test Center Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing various credentialing and certification tests, assisting test-takers, and maintaining the integrity of the testing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation of the testing center, ensuring all tests are administered accurately and efficiently.
  • Carry out regular security checks within the testing site to prevent cheating and maintain test integrity.
  • Assist test-takers with check-in procedures, ensuring they understand the rules and regulations of the testing center.
  • Respond to emails and other queries efficiently, providing detailed information about tests and procedures as needed.
  • Utilize specific system apps to start and stop tests, ensuring a smooth testing process.
  • Confirm the identity of test-takers by checking IDs, ensuring only authorized individuals participate in tests.
  • Monitor the use of unauthorized materials during tests such as calculators, notes, etc.
  • Perform light office work as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the testing center.
  • Ensure the test center is open on designated days for test administration.
  • Leverage skills in Automated Test and Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. • Must have at least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Automated Test systems
  • Experience in Identity Verification processes
  • Administrative Assistance skills are essential
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in a testing center or similar environment is preferred
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts or overtime if needed
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
