About Our Client

A New York-based general contractor experiencing growth, with a strong reputation in healthcare construction. The company has an extensive pipeline of upcoming projects and specializes in both ground-up and interior renovation work for healthcare facilities.

• Lead and manage healthcare construction projects, including ground-up builds and interior renovations
• Oversee projects ranging from $10M-$50M in value, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project operations
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and safety standards to meet project goals
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, adjusting plans and resources as needed
