Onsite Bilingual HR Coordinator

You will provide support in various HR functions including, employee relations, onboarding, and compliance, ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed. If you possess a passion for people and a background in hr support or project administrative support, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the agency representative at the client's site, ensuring effective communication and support for all employees.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training sessions.
• Assist in recruitment efforts including job posting, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace regulations, health and safety policies, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
• Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers on employee evaluations.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in Staffing, Human Resources, Project Administrative, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Background and Drugscreen testing required
