Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting and closing business with existing client accounts. Through daily communications, this position is expected to foster account relationships to grow the revenues for the company. The successful candidate must be a good listener, energetic, passionate and driven to succeed in selling a full solution, not just a product.

  • 2+ year degree or equivalent work experience

  • Basic Understanding of value propositions in Managed services and Managed Security services
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly quota
  • Speak with existing clients while looking for new opportunities to provide value
  • Track daily activity
  • Be able to manage a sales cycle from start to finish
  • Interaction with the account manager and/or vCIO to understand/convey client needs
  • Hunting for new business each day from existing accounts by cold calling, emails, and mailing lists to find new sales opportunities
  • Advise management on situations that may require additional client support or escalation
  • Keep confidential all applicant, client, and verification and company proprietary information
  • Account management
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Providing value proposition about products and services
  • Providing quotes and closing sales
  • Developing accounts and building rapport with customers
  • Maintaining a database with CRM
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 Years of industry work experience
  • College education preferred
Sales Expectations
  • Meeting with Qualified opportunities: 12 per month
  • Proposals presented: 4 per month
  • Closed Managed services revenue: $2,000 per month
