We are seeking a highly qualified Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5-8 years of robust litigation experience. Deep experience with complex commercial lawsuits is a must, preferably someone with experience from big law. As part of our team, you will represent and advocate for our clients from the inception of a case to the close, independently manage cases, and regularly interact with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities:- Independently manage a caseload involving complex commercial litigation.
- Regularly appear before the court for appearances, hearings, and trials.
- Conduct rigorous legal research, analysis, and writing in and out of court.
- Conduct and supervise depositions.
- Communicate regularly with clients to update them on case progress, legal costs, and to confirm strategies.
- Perform high-caliber legal drafting.
- Develop case strategies based on the evidence, the laws, and the legal precedents to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
- Engage in negotiation and mediation to resolve cases efficiently.
- Uphold the ethics and standards of the legal profession and the firm’s principles at all times.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably from a Big Law firm.
- Proven record of independently managing caseloads effectively.
- Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
- Outstanding verbal communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in courtroom decorum and procedure.
- An ability to strategize, handle and oversee complex lawsuits.
- Willingness to maintain and improve legal knowledge through continuing education.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
