We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator who embodies the essential qualities to thrive in T-One Group: intellect, drive, interpersonal finesse, and business acumen. This individual will play a pivotal role within our dynamic, high-performance environment.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies, including campaign coordination, content creation, and client engagement. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is eager to contribute to our team's success and uphold our commitment to delivering unparalleled service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate workflow within the brokerage, including classifying marketing projects and assigning them to internal teams and sales representatives.
Gather research and data relevant to the real estate market for use in assessing property values and market trends.
Oversee end-to-end execution and update of marketing materials, including print, email, presentations, and web content, ensuring alignment with branding and content standards.
Recommend and implement modifications to marketing content to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
Manage projects, events, and production support for marketing materials, defining processes and metrics to track project progress, time, and budget.
Prepare reports for the review of OREA and RECO real estate policies and marketing strategies.
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to facilitate the completion of marketing tasks.
Provide support for events and sponsorships, and attend meetings as needed.
Assist with client inquiries and coordination of brokers and sales representatives as required.
Participate in team meetings to assign projects and coordinate content development.
Communicate and coordinate content needs with other staff to ensure effective marketing communications.
Develop innovative strategies to organize and present complex real estate content in engaging ways.
Collaborate with the internal sales team and general manager to provide marketing support and materials.

Oversee and strategize the brokerage's social media presence across multiple platforms including WeChat, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others, with the aim of bolstering the company's reputation and amplifying brand awareness within the competitive real estate market.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
College Diploma/Certificate or higher in marketing, business administration, finance, real estate, or a related field is required
Understanding of real estate market dynamics, recent projects, regulations, and OREA/RECO policies preferred.
Proven Ability to coordinate workflow, manage projects, and oversee marketing materials production.
Excellent communication skills for internal/external coordination.
Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Experience in enhancing brand awareness through social media.
Ability to handle varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office, some familiarity with marketing software and real estate CRM systems preferred.
