Heavy Equipment Technician

Requires some travel and overtime as needed.

Wage - $25 - $45 Based on experience

• Possess and maintain a valid Class B Interstate CDL.
• Supply own hand tools consistent with a journeyman mechanic.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics (required).
• Single and Three phase AC electrical experience.
• DC electrical experience.
• Multiplex system experience.
• PTO and Hydraulic installation and repair experience.
• Welding experience.
• Geographical knowledge of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana, or map reading skills.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Possess a strong desire to grow with the business professionally and personally.

• Diagnose and repair customer owned equipment in the shop and in the field.
• Prepare new equipment for final delivery to customers.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• Complete and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with different teams, exchange ideas, and participate in cross-team learning opportunities.
