Responsibilities:

• Accurately record journal entries in QuickBooks.
• Analyze and manage revenue reports.
• Use basic Excel skills for data organization and spreadsheet management.
• Ensure all revenue data is updated and correctly entered.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for accounting-related inquiries.
• Assist in resolving backlogged accounting tasks.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
• Exhibit proficiency in accounting tasks.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required, as the role involves managing financial records and transactions.
• Experience with Journal Entries is essential, as the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary, as the role involves data analysis and report generation.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
