Cybersecurity Program Manager

We are in the process of recruiting a Cybersecurity Program Manager based in Houston, Texas. The role is primarily focused on overseeing and driving the execution of our Operational Technology Cybersecurity Program. The job involves leading a multidisciplinary team and managing the planning, implementation, and optimization of cybersecurity controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and drive the execution of Operational Technology Cybersecurity Program
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of personnel, contractors, and service integrators
  • Manage the planning, implementation, and optimization of cybersecurity controls
  • Ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives
  • Plan and develop methods and procedures for accomplishing program objectives
  • Interact and consult with third-party vendors on different programs
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of program activities
  • Provide training to team members on program procedures and policies
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders from different parts of the organization
  • Monitor program progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful implementation
  • Handle multiple projects and programs in parallel and manage associated challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team coordination and client interaction
  • Proven experience in creating and managing documentation
  • Proficient in reporting and deriving insights for strategic decisions
  • Experienced in training team members, enhancing their skills and productivity
  • Demonstrable knowledge in operations management and planning
  • Ability to design and implement procedures and policies
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) administration, including hiring processes and onboarding
  • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and progress tracking
  • Capability to design and implement strategies for program success
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of security practices relevant to the industry
  • Experience in consulting, providing expert advice to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage facility operations and maintenance
  • Skilled in networking, forging strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Engineering background or relevant experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and ability to implement them
  • Experience in handling financial notes and budgeting
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
