We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of our hotel and its on-site restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional guest service, and a proven track record in hotel and restaurant management.
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the property, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational Management:-Oversee daily operations of the hotel and restaurant, ensuring seamless integration between departments.-Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in service delivery.-Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.-Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.2. Financial Management:-Prepare and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reports for the hotel and restaurant.-Monitor revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control.-Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue through occupancy, restaurant sales, and other revenue streams.-Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.3. Guest Experience:-Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure guest satisfaction across all touchpoints.-Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.-Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and implement improvements.4. Leadership and Team Development:-Recruit, train, and manage a team of professionals across hotel and restaurant departments.-Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.-Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to maintain high standards.-Encourage and implement staff feedback to improve operations.5. Marketing and Sales:-Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies.-Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to drive hotel and restaurant bookings.-Monitor online reputation and respond to reviews to enhance the property's public image.6.
