Bilingual Customer Service Representative

You'll be the voice of the company, providing top-tier assistance and creating exceptional customer service experiences for a diverse clientele.

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats providing exceptional customer service.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any customer complaints.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests made by customers.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Knowing our products inside and out to provide accurate information to customers.
• Managing customer accounts and keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Continuously improving your knowledge of our products, and staying up-to-date with any changes.
• Assisting with customer returns or exchanges in line with company policy.
• Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
• Contributing to team effort by supporting other team members as needed.
