Job Description
  • Serve as the functional lead for the FP&A tool implementation, collaborating closely with implementation consultants on system design, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide insights into end-user needs and business processes to inform the design phase.
  • Take ownership of the system's functionality and usability, acting as the business process owner for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Review system designs, identify potential gaps or issues, and work with the technical team to recommend necessary customizations.
  • Perform comprehensive system testing to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Train end-users on the system's capabilities, facilitating smooth adoption and effective usage.
  • Work autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the team, offering updates, and addressing issues efficiently.
  • Support vendor selection and integration efforts, with a focus on tools like OneStream or Hyperion.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Experience designing and implementing an FP&A tool is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter and driven
  • Flexibility to work from home, with travel to the office a few days a week
