Production Planner Coordinator
Effective communication and reporting on progress and escalating challenges to the global set build and decommission targets. Support cross-functional projects as needed to achieve production targets and inventory efficiencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Support planning production schedules to meet company global demand and production goals through daily, weekly and monthly reporting and delegation
- Coordinate with supply chain, distribution warehouse, marketing and quality control teams to ensure materials and resources are available
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, challenges, and/or priorities changes
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for production schedules and inventory levels• Support the tracking and execution of any cross-functional projects
- Communicate as production orders are completed and/or escalate any challenges to target timelines
- Reporting to support production planning and improvement efforts as needed
- Support training for any new personnel in production tasks
- Assists with or performs other related tasks as assigned
Requirements

- Document management software and ability to navigating the Internet
- Strong attention to detail
- Possesses interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- 2+ years in production planning, preferably in the medical device industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing , or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of FDA regulators and industry standards for medical devices is a plus

Salary Range
Alphatec Spine, Inc. complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, skill set, years of experience, and internal equity. $21 to $24 per hour.
