Our Client is a fast growing food manufacturer that works directly with farmers to produce healthy snacks and food items
Job Description- Oversee and execute all accounting operations with precision and timeliness.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust internal control systems.
- Manage cash flow by providing regular updates and accurate forecasting.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports that are both timely and precise.
- Lead the planning and execution of operational and capital budgets.
- Serve as the primary banking liaison, managing financing partnerships, documentation, bank draws for construction, and deal closures.
- Partner with the CEO and external advisors to develop and execute effective tax strategies.
- Negotiate strategically with vendors to minimize costs and fees.
- Monitor and regulate company expenditures to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Adhere strictly to all financial reporting and compliance deadlines.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 10 years of proven accounting and financial management experience.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable results and driving financial improvements.
- Expertise with QuickBooks, GAAP accounting, and multi-entity financial operations.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Gusto, Expensify, Slack, Asana, and Google Suite.
- Hands-on leader with supervisory experience and ability to balance strategy with detailed execution.
- Skilled at coaching teams, enforcing accounting systems, and leveraging automation tools for efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong cultural fit with a competitive work ethic and passion for success.
