Job Description- Ensuring that all suppliers meet the company's stringent quality standards, including conducting supplier audits and monitoring supplier performance metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to supplier materials or products.
- Developing and implementing corrective action plans to address supplier quality issues.
- Working with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in their quality processes.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records related to supplier quality.
- Participating in cross-functional teams to evaluate and select new suppliers, ensuring that they meet the company's quality requirements.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to supplier quality.
- Providing guidance and support to internal teams on supplier quality issues as needed.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering in the electronics manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of PCB's
- Experience with supplier audits, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Must be willing to travel more than 50% of the time
- Competitive Base Salary up to $115,000
