Requirements:

• Master's Degree
• Medical Technologist OR Medical Laboratory Scientist ASCP Certification (or equivalent)
• Must have leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting

Responsibilities:

• Directing and overseeing all laboratory operations in a full service clinical laboratory
• Ensures all tests and procedures are performed according to Laboratory standards and policies
• Develops and assures compliance with all regulatory agencies and provides leadership for any changes (CAP experience strongly preferred)
• Responsible for the budget as well as preparing and reviewing contracts for the laboratory.
