Data Entry Specialist

This role is on-site in Manitowoc, WI. Full time day shift hours.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting data from various sources, such as forms, scanned documents, and emails, into our computer systems.
• Verifying the accuracy of records and details to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
• Identifying and correcting any errors in data entry, including inconsistencies, missing information, and incorrect formatting.
• Proficiently using spreadsheet software and database management systems while maintaining data confidentiality.
• Creating reports based on the data entered as needed.
• Handling additional tasks as required to support our team and customers.
• Managing and monitoring customer accounts, taking appropriate actions when necessary.
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintaining precise customer credit records.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the Utilities/Infrastructure industry.
• Proficient in computer data entry.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume data entry.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry with numerical data.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with Excel formulas.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Experience with spreadsheet programs.
• Ability to create and manage spreadsheets.
• Experience with database management.
• Capability to create detailed reports using data.
• Demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
