Overview:

A mom in a single-parent family is seeking a superstar candidate to help care for her 11 month-old son, the family live in Scotch Plains, NJ.

The position is for a live-out candidate and the schedule would be Saturday through Sunday, 9am-9pm.

Over the weekend you will be working with mom as a team, if you are caring for the baby you will be in charge of all baby-related tasks. When mom is caring for the baby you will be required to help with meal preparation, housekeeping and other assistance and tasks as the job may require.

Mom is very easy going and is wanting a slower pace of life for her son, including no screen-time. The candidate must be comfortable not having use of a smart phone when around him in the home.

Responsibilities:

All duties related to the baby, including but not limited to laundry, meal preparation, keeping their areas clean
General housework - laundry, vacuuming, cleaning of bathrooms, ironing, preparing meals, etc

Qualifications:

Mom would love to raise her son with the Montessori approach
Mom is looking for a candidate who would like to stay with the family long term

Requirements:

Driver with a clean licence is required with reliable transportation.
Non smoker/vaping

Salary and Benefits:

Guaranteed 24 hours
Sick days
Compensation $40/hr
