Bookkeeper

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Blaine, Minnesota. This role mainly revolves around managing financial records and transactions in an organized manner, with emphasis on account reconciliation, managing accounts payable and receivable, and handling bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
• Keeping up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Streamlining bookkeeping procedures to increase efficiency.
• Handling bank reconciliations to ensure financial transparency.
• Utilizing QuickBooks for maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Resolving discrepancies in financial reports and summaries.
• Ensuring all financial operations comply with federal and state laws.
• Implementing effective strategies for financial plans.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
• Please note that all candidates are required to provide 2 recent supervisor or manager references in order to be considered for employment.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles and practices
• Proficient use of QuickBooks software
