Network Administrator - Robert Half

Your key role will be to ensure the stability and integrity of our data, voice, video, and wireless network services. This will include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent, with 6-8 years of experience in diverse technological roles.
• 2-4 years of proven administration experience.
• Proficiency in using next-generation firewalls.
• Extensive experience in Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux Server, Cisco Networking, Citrix XenApp, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, VMWare, Hyper-V, Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Practical knowledge in SAN management, VOIP, and networking protocols.
• Experience in troubleshooting and offer solutions for a wide array of network technologies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Administration.
• Proficiency in network administration tools including Barracuda Spam Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, Cisco ASA Firewall, and Cisco Firewall.
• Experience with firewall administration and firewall configuration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Server 2019.
• Familiarity with Linux security and Linux System Administration.
• Comfortable working in a Windows Linux environment.
• Experience with Cisco Networking.
• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Citrix XenDesktop.
• Familiarity with VMware, Vmware Infrastructure, and Hyper-V.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Enterprise.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant certifications in Network Administration are preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the field.
