Front Desk Receptionist

Urgent Care of Kansas is looking for an energetic, dedicated professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist plays an important role in the success of the start up clinic by creating a warm, welcoming and professional environment for our clients.

Some duties include:

• Welcome all clients in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, route calls and take messages when needed
• Scan and electronically file documents
• Keep office tidy and prepped for clients
• Periodically process administrative paperwork
• Assist office staff where needed
• Other duties and projects as assigned
• Requirements:
• Multi-line phone system
• Preferred 1 year experience working in a professional medical office setting
• Must be available to work M-F and some weekends
• Must pass full background and credit check
