About The Position:

The Dealer Support Specialist will have heavy involvement in the new loan originations process and/or direct communications with our dealers and Sales & Marketing team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Process new dealer applications, dealer sign ups, and welcome letters.
  • Responsible for dealer account support and maintenance.
  • Monitor and report on key dealer metrics.
  • Responsible for dealer score card preparation, buyback notice generation, and funds release.
  • Provide support to the Sales & Marketing, Underwriting, and Funding departments.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Accurately document accounts with any pertinent information and/or updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the subprime consumer or auto lending industry.
  • Effective customer service oriented communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Salary: $17.50 - $23.00/hour
