About NFF:

NFF, Inc. seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide top-notch technical support to our customers, ensure seamless software functionality, and collaborate with our development team to resolve issues and implement enhancements.

About this Position / Responsibilities:

Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions
  • Technical Support: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, or remote connections, resolving technical and non-technical issues promptly and accurately.
  • Issue Management: Document, track, and monitor support requests using Zendesk and Jira, escalating critical issues to the technical staff as needed.
  • Training and Development: Develop and maintain training materials, conduct customer training sessions, and collaborate with the Training Coordinator to configure software applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in agile planning, develop test conditions, identify and log defects, and verify fixes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the development team to resolve customer issues, analyze feedback, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a IT or related field.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
  • Background in software support.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of SQL query syntax.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
