Job Description- Lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of one or more projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Maintain high standards of construction project quality, health and safety, and environmental management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors.
- Oversee financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interests while maintaining good relationships with the client.
- Prepare regular project status reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure construction projects run according to schedule and budget.
- Develop and implement project strategies and construction plans.
- Actively participate in industry, client and community relations to enhance company image.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Project Manager- Ground Up Construction' should have:
