What you'll be doing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Producer to join the US Commercial team. As a Senior Manager of Events, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing successful events and activations that support our advertising clients' media and promotional campaigns.Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients' messages are effectively communicated and delivered through engaging and memorable experiences - serving both consumer and industry attendees.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve- 5+ years proven experience as an Events Producer or similar role within an advertising agency, brand or event management company.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative event concepts.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
