Software Engineer

We are in search of a Software Engineer to join our team in the facilities management industry. Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The Software Engineer will be integral to maintaining and enhancing our myriad of applications, primarily based on Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and enhancing existing applications, the majority of which are asp.net webforms and C# 4.7 framework based.
• Contributing to the care and management of our applications, ensuring they function optimally at all times.
• Engaging in full stack work given the compact nature of our development team.
• Utilizing ASP.Net web forms, C#, and SQL in daily duties.
• Exploring and potentially implementing Blazor in our software stack.
• Deploying code, with potential for cloud deployment as we plan to transition to the cloud.
• Working with SQL Stored Procedures and possibly SSIS.
• Considering the incorporation of API development in our software solutions.
• Participating in DevOps tasks when necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a software engineering role
• Proficiency in API Development is a must
• Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET is required
• Solid knowledge of C Sharp Programming (C#) is essential
• Familiarity with T-SQL - Transact-SQL is a key requirement
• Experience with Blazor is highly preferable
• Understanding of SQL Stored Procedures is necessary
• Proven track record of successful Code Deployments
• Prior experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
