What You'll Do:
This role is critical in building high-performing teams, cultivating a positive team culture, and establishing strong operational foundations for sustained success. Reporting to the Senior Director of De Novo Operations, the Area Manager will oversee Center Administrators and Assistant Center Administrators, working closely with clinical and operational leaders to drive enrollment, operational excellence, and outstanding client outcomes.
- Operational Leadership:
- Oversee center operations during construction, setup, and the first 90 days post-opening.
- Ensure new centers meet operational KPIs, including client enrollment, team productivity, and billable hours.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to align on center goals and strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor Center Administrators (CAs) and Assistant Center Administrators (ACAs).
- Facilitate onboarding and professional development for center leadership teams and new hires.
- Promote alignment with company values, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Client and Family Engagement:
- Manage client intake processes and build strategies for sustained growth.
- Support family engagement by overseeing parent interactions and ensuring high satisfaction rates.
- Performance Management:
- Provide ongoing support to center teams, addressing performance gaps and celebrating successes.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between center teams and leadership, addressing challenges and sharing best practices.
- Drive alignment between clinical and operational staff for cohesive center operations.
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support in healthcare or related fields.
- Proven experience in operational leadership, team development, and performance management.
- Travel Requirement:
- Up to 75%, including overnight stays
