Graphic Designer - Robert Half

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team in the retail manufacturing industry. This is a temp-to-hire position that offers growth potential for the right candidate. The ideal designer will have 2-3 years of experience in designing email campaigns, banner ads, and digital layouts, along with proficiency in video editing and creating social media content.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging assets for email marketing, banner ads, and digital layouts while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Produce and edit videos for promotional campaigns and social media channels.
• Create graphics for social media platforms, supporting the marketing team’s digital outreach.
• Manage and collaborate on projects using tools like Monday.com or Asana for task tracking and project coordination.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of creative assets for campaigns.
• Support other design-related tasks as needed, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Experience in creating and designing advertisements
• Ability to create artwork for various platforms
• Experience in designing banner ads
• Understanding of brand awareness strategies
• Proficiency in designing brochures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
