Schedule: Full Time Days - 9:30 AM - 6 PM (Sunday - Thursday OR Tuesday - Saturday)

What will you do in this role:
- Create an innovative and exciting monthly activities calendar developed in close concert with the residents’ special interests
- Lead and participate in resident activities and events
- Manage Life Enrichment team members through on-going performance management and timely coaching
- Participate in resident care plans and care conferences as appropriate
You have:
- Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members
- Experience with event planning and coordination
- Ability to collaborate with other departments and management to continuously improve program quality
- Ability to clearly communicate in verbal and written form
- Ability to maintain a customer focus at all times delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work on occasional weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle (town car and 14 passenger van)
