Job Description
Quality Manager:
- Travel to both the MA & ME sites (flexible on how much)
- Developing and implementing quality management systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Overseeing product testing and inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards.
- Providing training to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Managing documentation related to quality assurance activities and compliance.
- Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant
Quality Manager:
- B.S. degree is desired
- 10+ years of experience working in manufacturing
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 preferred
- Auditing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and mentor quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
