Job Description

Quality Manager:

Travel to both the MA & ME sites (flexible on how much)
Developing and implementing quality management systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Overseeing product testing and inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Providing training to staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Managing documentation related to quality assurance activities and compliance.
Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

Quality Manager:

B.S. degree is desired
10+ years of experience working in manufacturing
Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 preferred
Auditing experience
Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and mentor quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
