Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and general labor tasks.

Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, sanding, and filling holes
Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Mix and match colors for touch-ups and complete projects
Perform general labor tasks including moving materials and cleaning work areas
Assist with carpentry work such as framing and stucco repair
Restore surfaces by removing old paint or plaster
Read and interpret blueprints when required

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Painter or Laborer
Knowledge of color theory and paint types
Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques
Ability to perform basic carpentry tasks
Experience with plaster application is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
