Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Speech-Language PathologyNorthridge Hospital Medical Center, a Dignity Health member
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate speech therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating communication disorders and speech-related difficulties in clients of all ages. This position involves developing individualized therapy plans and working collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech and language abilities
- Conduct swallowing evaluations and treatment including videofluoroscopy
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate and train clients, families, and caregivers on exercises and techniques for continued progress
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- Current CA SLP license. Recent, board-eligible, graduates will be considered for provisional appointments.
- CFY candidates must apply at the conclusion of CFY (required for student supervision).
- Current CPRBLS and Fire Safety cards.
- Therapists will apply and obtain CCS paneling once one year equivalent of pediatric experience is obtained.
- Experienced therapists with 1-year equivalent of pediatric experience will apply/obtain CCS paneling within six months of hire.
