Attorney/Lawyer

A growing national law firm has an exciting opportunity for an Attorney in Sacramento or the Bay Area. The Attorney/Lawyer will be instrumental in managing first-party insurance disputes and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Drafting coverage opinions and managing litigation in insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
• Managing cases comprehensively, including drafting motions and handling discovery requests.
• Conducting depositions and participating in court proceedings.
• Researching and presenting cases effectively.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the firm's existing client base.
• Participating in site inspections when required.
• Working with property insurance and insurance defense litigation.
• Potentially traveling for work-related matters.
• Applicant must hold a law degree from an accredited law school.
• Must have a valid license to practice law in the state.
• Experience in Property Insurance is necessary.
• Familiarity with Site Inspections is required.
• Proficiency in Motion Practice is a must.
• Should have knowledge about Insurance Coverage.
• Experience in Insurance Defense Litigation is essential.
• Strong litigation skills are necessary.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Should have strong research and analytical skills.
• Must maintain confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines is required.
