Front Counter Clerk

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Counter Clerk in FORT LAUDERDALE, Florida. As a Front Counter Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations by assisting walk-ins and phone customers, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the accurate filing of important documents.

• Handle cash transactions, sometimes involving substantial court fees, with professionalism and accuracy
• Serve customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their queries and processing their fees
• Maintain an accurate filing system to ensure that documents are stored in the correct locations, as errors could lead to severe consequences
• Utilize accounting software systems for processing and applying fees
• Perform computerized billing and other accounting functions as needed
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service
• Ensure court filings are carried out accurately and in a timely manner. • Proficient in the use of Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with Computerized Billing systems
• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions
• Capable of Answering Inbound Calls efficiently
• Proven experience in Cash Handling
• Familiarity with Court Filings procedures
• Proficiency in Filing and document management
