Project Management Coordinator

Overview:

The prime responsibility of the Project Management Coordinator is to support the Uniform team by reporting to the Senior Program Manager. He/She/They will be responsible for keeping the team organized by supporting daily tasks. We are looking for someone who is incredibly organized, pays attention to details, excited about the opportunity to grow and learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Update timeline, status and flow charts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate Excel documents and SOPs
  • Order samples and track shipments
  • Sample management in showrooms, including tagging, organizing, and shipping
  • Manage status of each project for various accounts, reports and KPIs
  • Support in preparation for client visits by working with the Wholesale Ops team and Program Managers to reserve and set up showrooms, samples, Video Conferences, decks, etc.
  • Support in system work regarding order management, processing, invoicing, and post-shipment analysis deep dives
  • Assists the Uniform team to keep cross-functional partners on track within critical workflows to keep projects on schedule and manage open items.
  • Partner with multiple internal departments, e.g., Sales, Product Development, Technical Design, Planning, Marketing, DC, Finance, and IT to support progress across multiple workflows
  • Assist in administrative tasks including organizing team documents, coordinating meetings, sending meeting agendas and recaps.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years experience in project management, operations, or client management
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
  • All hands-on deck mentality, no task is too big or too small
  • Extremely organized with attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task who thrives in a fast-paced, intense environment
  • Sense of urgency and proactiveness with an understanding of prioritization, time and calendar management
  • Strong Verbal and Written Skills
  • Collaboration is key; this person works well with others, values partnership, and is a team player
  • In-person position, located in NYC
Requirements & EEO Statement:
The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 annually. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, SPARC Group, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
