Attorney/Lawyer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer based in Vienna, Virginia. The successful candidate will be joining a team a growing law firm in Northern Virginia. This role will primarily involve handling matters related to construction disputes, contract breaches, and residential construction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle legal matters in General District and Circuit Courts.
• Manage issues related to construction disputes and prevention.
• Handle cases involving breach of contract.
• Tackle matters concerning construction fraud.
• Handle legal matters involving both commercial construction and residential construction.
• Use your skills in Civil Litigation and Court Appearances to represent our clients effectively.
• Apply your knowledge of Construction Law to provide effective legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and actions.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their legal matters.
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action as needed.
• Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• At least one year of professional experience as an Attorney or Lawyer
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Construction Law
• Proven experience in Civil Litigation
• Prior experience with Civil Court appearances
• Familiarity with Civil Litigation practices and procedures
• Active and in good standing member of a State Bar Association
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
