We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Project Business Analyst in the Healthcare/NHS industry. Located in PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, this role primarily involves business analysis, process improvement, and communication.
As a Project Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining needs, recommending solutions, and supporting project management activities for various initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Oversee various project elements such as business case development, requirements analysis, communication, testing, and training.
- Facilitate the collection, delivery, and approval of requirements, business/use cases, documentation, and test plans.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic and support plans.
- Participate in request for proposal (RFP) activities, delivering functional requirements, vendor scorecards, criteria & scoring results, and demo scenarios & scoring results.
- Support the execution of process improvement initiatives, including creating process flow charts, value stream mapping, and related documentation.
- Assist in the creation of measurement activities required to report on project effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), and other success metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project team members to improve the quality of project and program delivery.
- Assist in the education and promotion of related methodologies and processes to stakeholders across the institute.
- Manage project documentation based on the needs of each project.
- Continuously engage in learning and training related to business analysis, project management, and stakeholder activities. • Possess strong customer service skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear information conveyance
- Proficient in documentation for record-keeping and transparency
- Mastery in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
