They are currently seeking a Global Human Resources Manager for our headquarters located in San Fernando, CA. contract to hire This role will involve leading and managing the routine functions of the international HR department, overseeing approximately 115 employees across all locations (USA, UK, EU, & Canada).

Includes aspects like recruiting, hiring, pay administration, benefits management, leave handling, employee relations, compliance observation and enforcement of company policies and practices. Key responsibilities of the Global HR Manager will include staffing management (recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding), payroll administration, maintaining wage alignments, overseeing health & safety initiatives, maintaining compliance with employment laws, ensuring consistent HR policy application, among others.

This role involves liaising with executive management to align HR goals with business plans, facilitating performance reviews, providing support and guidance to staff for complex issues, and designing employee retention strategies. Required skills for this role Proficiency in Paychex, Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), possibly bi-lingual English and Spanish capabilities, excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Possessing knowledge about current trends, best practices, regulatory changes, new technologies in human resources, and employment law is essential. Have a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of human resource management experience.

A PHR or SHRM certification would be highly preferred. This is a full-time position based in our San Fernando, CA office, with the option of partial remote working. The job requires occasional travel and might involve working evenings or weekends as needed.
