Job Description- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Oversee contract negotiations, risk management, and change order processes.
- Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Drive the use of innovative construction techniques and technologies to improve efficiency.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-rise or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects exceeding $50M in value.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
