Duties, Responsibilities & Other:
The Executive Assistant will report directly to the Northeast Region Executive.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules of executives, including meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executive team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure the security of executive-level communications.
- Facilitate the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives.
