Benefits Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Analyst in the Newton Highlands, Massachusetts. This role primarily focuses on managing and enhancing employee benefits programs in the financial services industry. You will be part of a team responsible for maintaining accurate records, assisting employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving benefits communications and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401k, and more.
• Keep track of benefits eligibility and assist employees with their inquiries.
• Maintain precise records in HR systems for efficient management.
• Ensure all processes are compliant with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with other HR functions for seamless operations.
• Handle processes related to COBRA administration.
• Contribute to the improvement of benefits communications and reporting.
• Manage and resolve customer inquiries using CRM.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions.
• Process customer credit applications using software like ADP
• Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, and Ceridian.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Benefits Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with Ceridian software
• Ability to use Cisco Webex Meetings for remote communication
• Demonstrated skills in CRM usage
• Proven experience in auditing processes
• Deep understanding of Benefit Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Knowledge of COBRA Administration procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
