Security Specialist

Overview:

• Provide administrative support to the security team by keeping track of all employee clearance information in DISS, SIMS and NBIS.
• Process visit certs, adverse reports, and foreign travel requests
• Maintain the Security SharePoint site
• Provide support to the team by tracking employee contract status
• Maintain security SIMS database with ensuring accuracy of employee and contract information
• Work as a team player, demonstrate flexibility, and excellent organizational skills

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in a related field is required to support this effort
• An additional 4 years of experince may be substituted for a degree.
• Have recent, relevant administrative experience
• Great knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain a structured workspace
