Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with experience in Yardi to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
• Process and record financial transactions using Yardi
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Yardi is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and professionalism
